Shipping Policy
All orders placed on the HAVAN website are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from the time of order confirmation, subject to product availability and payment authorization.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping address, courier partner, and external factors beyond our control. HAVAN shall not be liable for delays caused by logistical issues, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared with the customer via registered contact details.
Payment Policy
HAVAN accepts the following payment methods:

Online payments, including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking

Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable
All online transactions are processed through secure and authorized payment gateways. HAVAN shall not be responsible for any payment failures arising from third-party service providers.
Returns & Exchange Policy
HAVAN offers returns or exchanges only in the event of damaged products received at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

The customer must notify HAVAN within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photo and/or video evidence of the damage must be provided.
Requests without sufficient proof or raised beyond the stipulated period may not be entertained. Upon verification, HAVAN may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement or refund. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
No returns or exchanges shall be accepted for reasons other than transit damage.
Limitation of Liability
HAVAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. Customers are advised to use products strictly as per the instructions provided.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy and all transactions undertaken on the HAVAN website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
